Foods of the Mediterranean is a flavorful new casual dining experience nestled in the Allentown Farmers Market. We have been a family business for 15 years and our continuing goal is to serve fabulous, inventive, flavorful food in an informal atmosphere, where customers can enjoy the taste and quality of a full–service restaurant, without the long wait and high prices. We’ve taken ancient Eastern Mediterranean dishes and given them our own modern twist–combining gourmet meats, whole grains, fresh vegetables and cheeses with the distinctive flavors of the region: pomegranate, eggplant, and mint–to produce mouth-watering flavors that are truly soul satisfying.
